Looks like the Buccaneers' game this week will be blacked out. Well actually it definitely WILL be blacked out to clarify. Unfortunately it appears that its just the first in what will be several blacked out home games this year. I'm definitely going to hate not being able to see the games live on TV because I much rather watch it that way than be at the game. Not sure why but I think its because I have the ability to rewind plays when I think I've missed something.
Either way I wanted to let you know that the guys over at joebucsfan have made some contingency plans for any regular season blackouts. Its a really good deal for folks who want to see the game live but may not have enough money to attend in person. Figured I would just pass the link on and you can act accordingly.
I've been going to the games for 20 years. It figures I get sick and can't go they are blacked out.
